I was so badly disappointed! I was really a long-time customer of "Willy" until yesterday, I rented a trailer from him again (3m) it was in a state where it should only be used privately. The plan was in the bucket only very bad to close the thing was so dirty that you really couldn't touch anything! But let's get to the crucial point why I will not set foot in the store for the time being, I drove with the said trailer to my destination 15 km away, on the way I thought that the trailer is running quite difficult, only because of the low-performance vehicle nothing big for me I thought I had arrived at my destination and I didn't notice any problems and we started loading it ... when I got home it stank like the plague! We looked for the cause with 3 people and there was a brake on one side, the whole rim was hot. I brought the trailer back on the direct route and pointed out the defect to the operator, as a thank you for renting this junk trailer, I was blamed for it in an unfriendly manner! I drove off with the brake on (of course, I didn't move machines of a completely different magnitude beforehand and can release a stupid brake) I was told directly to pay for a new brake, he would have just been to the TÜV and was 100% ok! This is clearly a lie because you can look wonderfully at the license plate and there was a sticker on it that proved that the TÜV is still due! Furthermore, the light line was chafed through. Something insulating tape should also have such an operator .. surprising that I was not also made responsible for that. I never expected such unfriendly contact from the operator!

Staff is super nice and helpful. The price / performance ratio for the car wash is terrific, as extensive pre-washing by hand is included in every washing program. Even vehicles with a width of 2.19 m (including mirrors) fit easily into the portal.
